"Alexander Technique: Vocal Expression from Full Body Freedom"

We will integrate physical representations of human anatomy from the soles of our feet to the crowns of our heads with physical, breath, and voice exercises. The goal will be to help singers gain a greater understanding of the interconnected nature of each system in the human body with healthy and free vocal production. As the COVID-19 epidemic has upended our everyday lives, we will also integrate ways in which to practice these concepts daily as we walk, sit, read, and find new routines within our work and home lives.
Minimum of 12 registered participants required by Friday, July 3, or class will be canceled.
